Marketing & contact center, built on agentic AI

Answer every call.

FIE Technologies gives a twelve person company the coverage of a two hundred person one. Voice, chat, SMS and email land in one queue, an agent handles what it can, and a human takes it from there. You see what happened either way.

Live in two weeks, not two quarters

01 / What we do

Voice, chat, SMS and email in one queue.

Five service lines, one operating layer. Every conversation is captured, routed and measured in the same place, so nothing falls between the channel it arrived on and the person who should have answered it.

Contact center

Inbound and outbound across voice, chat, SMS and email, with full IVR, voice prompt recording and menu level reporting.

Appointment setting

The agent qualifies, checks your calendar and books. Your team shows up to a confirmed meeting instead of chasing one.

Lead generation

Capture and qualification on first contact, scored and handed to sales with the conversation attached.

Claims administration

Intake, status calls and document follow up handled on a defined script, with every touch logged for audit.

02 / How it works

Four weeks of work, two weeks of waiting.

The sequence matters. We start from the calls you are already missing, because that number is what the engagement has to beat.

Step 01

Measure what you miss

We pull your call logs and count the unanswered, the abandoned and the after-hours.

Step 02

Build the agent

Scripts, guardrails and escalation rules written against your business, not a template.

Step 03

Go live

One channel first, in production, with a human reviewing every transcript for the first week.

Step 04

Report against the baseline

The same count from step one, monthly, so the return is arithmetic rather than opinion.

03 / The hand-off

The agent books the appointment. Your team closes it.

We will always tell you where the machine stops and a person starts. An agent that pretends to be human loses you the customer the first time it gets caught, so ours does not.

Every conversation has a named escalation path. When the agent hits a question outside its scope, a pricing exception, an angry caller, anything with legal weight, it hands off with the full transcript and stays out of the way.

Coverage runs around the clock, holidays included, because the calls you lose are mostly the ones that arrive when nobody is at a desk.

04 / Engagement

Three ways in.

Scoped on call volume and the number of channels you turn on. Every engagement starts with the baseline measurement, and that is fixed fee.

Baseline audit

Fixed fee, two weeks. We count what you are missing and tell you what an agent would recover. No commitment past the report.

  • Missed revenue estimate
  • Channel recommendation

05 / Questions

Asked before you ask.

Will callers know they are talking to an agent?

Yes, and we say so in the first few seconds. Disclosure costs us almost nothing in completion rate and it protects you from the one bad outcome that matters, which is a customer discovering it later.

What happens when the agent cannot handle something?

It escalates on a named path with the full transcript. You define the triggers during build, and pricing exceptions, complaints and anything with legal weight are escalation triggers by default.

Does this replace our team?

No. It absorbs the volume your team cannot physically reach, which is mostly after hours, overflow and first contact qualification. The closing work stays with people, because that is where people are better.

How fast is live, really?

Two weeks for one channel, assuming we can get your call logs and a decision maker in a room twice. Multi-channel rollouts run a channel at a time after that.

What do we need to provide?

Call logs for the baseline, access to your calendar and CRM for booking, and someone who can approve scripts. That is genuinely the list.

Your phone rang after hours last month.

Let us count how many times, and what it cost. The baseline audit is fixed fee and the report is yours either way.
